Dear Jessica, Beautiful photographs. Would love it if you could correctly identify the festival as Youth in Arts' Italian Street Painting Festival. The city of San Rafael does provide us with the streets, but it is our 40 year old nonprofit that puts the event on each year, with the help of over 1000 volunteers all in support of arts education.
